Death Guild has one
Pantzooka Patrol has one
BRCPO has one (that's me!)
and there are a couple of rogue states that bought them on the black market when the USSR crumbled.
Feel free to bring pants to donate to those who perform such a vital public service... -

Wed, August 2, 2006 - 10:34 AMI confirm that Pantzooka Patrol will be packin' this year, though to be technical about it as a man-portable device it fires only underpants.
Last year I noticed a remarkable shortage of targets - hardly ever felt moved to go a-roving.
Could it be that we pants-launchers are actually having some kind of effect? -
